Brought my son in to have a haircut today. At the time, it was a 25 minute wait. We had no problem with that. But then his time jumped to 33 minutes and then to 40. People who were checking in online seemed to be jumping ahead of my son. They should be placed in the order of which they checked in, not ahead of the line because they checked in online. We were in a time crunch and ended up having to leave without getting his hair cut. We waited for 1 1/2 hours for nothing. We told the two girls working we had to leave. One of them said nothing and all the other could say was “ok”. It was odd that’s all they could say or not say since we had 1 1/2 hours of them talking nonstop. Not even an apology. Extremely poor customer service. I won’t be back to that location.

Being a sports fan I really liked the overall theme. When I first walked in I was greeted in a very professional manner. When I was checking in the employees were willing to help me out. I had Keisha cut my hair. She was also very professional and did a great job cutting my hair. She was thorough about explaining the different options I could choose from. Keisha was also easy to talk to and very kind. I will recommend her to anyone. She also showed me the products she used and I walked out with a tea tree bar. My overall experience was great and I will be back.
