Yolanda always does an awesome job on my son’s haircuts. We’ve been going to her for over a year and she’s the best stylist he’s ever seen.

This is hard to rate. I've been here many times in the past and all of the styliests were good to great. When their computer system is down as it was today, then overall service is 1. I signed up using the app at about 3:45 PM and the app said there would be a 41 minute wait. I arrived at 4:15, but was not able to check in as their computer system was not operating. They started a paper list but did not consider the online logins. At about 5PM, well after the original estimated wait time, the employees were giving mixed signals as one said I would be next as I was online before the other person, a walkin, but then another operator said that the other person had been waiting in the shop longer so they were going to service him first. This is the longest I've ever waited with a online checkin. While I like the service, unless I know that the system works, I may not come back.

I showed up and logged in for my appointment. I was then told to leave (not asked) and they would call me. There was was no one inline after me and they were finishing up with customer ahead of me. I waited from 5:20 but received a text at 6:08 after closing. I could tell I wouldn’t get called by how the lady covered In tattoos when told me to leave! I’m a clean cut Marine Veteran and I was polite and compliant. I hate writing bad reviews but I feel this was warranted.
